Charming Breton countryside house, formerly a cider house, located next to Rennes's state forest. Perfect for enjoying nature while staying close to the city. Independent cottage separate from the main house with a private entrance for vehicles. Opposite a pony club and an organic farm. 7 mins from the ring road and 20 minutes from Rennes city center. 6 minutes from the train station, supermarkets, and shops in Betton. Fougères Castle: 30 mins. Mont Saint-Michel: 50 mins. Saint-Malo: 60 mins. The space A house full of old-world charm, simply but comfortably furnished to preserve its original character. Enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace, which you can light to make your evenings even more special (please remember to bring your own well-seasoned firewood). If you're traveling with a baby, we’ll be happy to provide a crib upon request. Pets are also welcome! For their comfort, we offer rugs and bowls during their stay. See you soon! Guest access The entire cottage is at the guests' disposal. The garden located directly in front of the house is also exclusively for their use, up to the tennis court. The tennis court is not included in the Airbnb rental, but it can be booked subject to availability (equipment not provided). Other things to note Kindly note: if you book for two guests and wish to use two separate beds, an extra laundry fee of €7 per stay will be added. The same applies if you are three guests and wish to use three separate beds. To keep everything clear, please indicate the exact number of guests and pets staying overnight when making your booking. If this is not specified, a supplement of €10 per person per night and €7 per pet per night will be charged on site. Pets: our Australian Shepherd also lives on the property and will most likely come by to say hello during your stay 🐾. She is very friendly, sociable, and always happy to meet new playmates. If your dog prefers to be left alone or does not get along well with other dogs, our little house may not be the most suitable accommodation for you.
