This architect-designed house in 1970s style offers 140 m² of space and comfort across two floors, making it ideal for families or groups. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. KITCHEN FACILITIES ● Oven with microwave function and ceramic hob ● Hand mixer with stick blender attachment ● Coffee machine and French press ● Fridge and separate freezer ● Dishwasher ● Toaster ● Waffle maker ● Kettle ● Basic supplies, including washing-up liquid and sponge/cloth, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, coffee, tea, spices, vinegar and oil, sugar, salt, etc. PETS We’re happy to welcome four-legged guests too! A flat fee of €30 per stay applies per pet (maximum 2 pets). Please bring your own dog bed or blanket – our beds and sofas are intended for two-legged rather than four-legged guests. EXCLUSIVE WELLNESS AREA – AVAILABLE AS AN OPTIONAL EXTRA Treat yourself to an extra dose of relaxation: for €200 per day (€350 for 2 days), you can book our exclusive wellness area on the neighbouring property. During your stay, the pool house is exclusively for you and your fellow guests. Our house is particularly well suited to families, couples and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing break together. The holiday home is situated in a peaceful, rural setting. We recommend arriving by car, as public transport is limited. Having a car is also very convenient for shopping and exploring the surrounding area. Out of consideration for our neighbours, the holiday home is not suitable for parties or stag and hen parties. Guest access The house and garden are for your exclusive use. There are 3 parking spaces on the property, plus an additional parking space on the street. Please note that the access to the house and the house itself are not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the Valley of Castles! This comfortable holiday home in the Rochlitz Mulde Valley is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. Just 5 minutes from the forest and a 10-minute walk from Rochlitz Castle and the River Mulde.
