The space Welcome to our mid-century split-level home in the heart of Nyack—a creative, walkable river town just an hour from NYC. The house blends cozy comfort with vintage character, featuring natural light, spacious rooms, and a peaceful backyard view. The guest room is on the lower level, accessible by a short flight of stairs (about five steps). Once downstairs, the space is flat and easy to navigate and includes: • Queen bed in a private bedroom • Full bathroom • Stationary bike for light workouts • Open closet and room to unwind • White noise maker The downstairs area is mostly private, including the host’s office and laundry unit (not for guest use). Enjoy a quiet neighborhood popular with cyclists and weekend explorers, just minutes from Main Street cafés, restaurants, and the Hudson River. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with host approval, and optional dog-sitting is available upon request. Guest access Guests have access to a spacious lower-level bedroom with a full bathroom, open closet, and a stationary bike for light workouts, perfect for unwinding after exploring Nyack. Shared spaces include the refrigerator and kitchen essentials upstairs. The downstairs area is mostly private; it includes the host’s office and laundry unit (not for guest use). Optional dog-sitting is available for $70 per day (please request in advance). • No smoking, lit candles, or incense in the room or on the property. • Third-party bookings not accepted. The Airbnb account holder must book. • Photo ID required at check-in and must match Airbnb profile. • Outdoor 24/7 security cameras in use. • No business use without pre-approval (e.g., meetings, classes, client visits). • No unapproved guests. • No pre-arrival packages or mail.
