Northern Paradise Retreat On The Mio Pond

Experience the adventures of northern Michigan on Mio Pond. This oasis offers 3 bedrooms and two full baths with a view you will never forget! Great fishing, kayaking, ice fishing. Year round activities. Very close to the AuSable River where you can float the river, or even hit the Mio ORV/ATV trails. Also less than 10 minutes from Mio's restaurants and essentials. The space Custom built home with an open floor plan offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, overlooking the Mio Pond that is directly across from the house just on the other side of the road. 🛏️Bedroom #1- Master bedroom has one queen size bed with private bathroom attached. 🛏️Bedroom #2- Queen bed and dresser 🛏️Bedroom #3- Twin/Twin bunk bed, 1 single twin bed. You will also find all the board games/toys inside the closet. 🛋️The living room is equipped with a pull out sofa that sleeps another 2 people. Kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. You will find a coffee pot. Toaster, crock-pot, cooking sheets, blender. Cooking utensils, dinnerware cups, mugs. Basic spices for cooking. We do not offer wifi/cable tv at this time. There is a smart TV in the living room that can be hooked up to a personal hotspot. Also there is a DVD player with movies. The home does not have central air, but there are 3 AC units throughout, 1 in each bedroom for the hotter months. We also provide portable fans that you can find in the closest’s of the bedrooms. ☀️Front yard is perfect for relaxing and making memories around the fire pit. There is a propane grill, with lounge/yard chairs, a picnic table. There are 2 Kayaks and a paddle boat to use during your stay down at the water. We have a shared dock with the neighbor for the water access.😄 **Summer time can be heavy on mosquitos depending on the rain. Please be sure to bring bug spray** We provide a starter pack of the basics for your stay. Please Note that there is a locked closet in the mud/laundry room that is off limits. The rest of the home is yours to enjoy! Other things to note No smoking indoors and no parties.
