Homey Beach Huts in Central Raja Ampat

°ATTENTION° Before you decide to book our place, kindly to read carefully about term & condition, house rules and amenities. Our homestay is highly recommended for scuba-divers or traveler who want to get an affordable stay and comfortable at the same time. We try to provide better hospitality, not perfect like a resort. But you will feel like home, safe, comfortable and welcomed as family. Our place is surrounded by many dive sites, the famous ones are Cape Kri, Sawandarek and Mike's Point. The space Our place has 4 wooden beach huts, each hut has 1 double bed, balcony, private entrance, basic amenities. You will stay next to beach at the front and the forrest at backyard. It's peaceful and quiet space. You can do yoga retreat, meditation in the morning or enjoy sunbathing in afternoon. All huts do not have attached bathrooms, only shared bathrooms and toilets. Can be used by other guests and sometimes by the host and his family. Dining area, beach access and laundry are shared. PET FRIENDLY RULES - Guest allows to stay with their pet (dog, cat, etc) refer to Airbnb's term & condition. - Pet companions are mandatory, pets are not allowed off leash without supervision. - The host does not provide a special place for pets to sleep, they can sleep with the owner in the room. - Management of feces and urine waste is the responsibility of the owner. It should not be indoors. - Pet food is not provided, but guest can request in advance with extra cost. - Please keep in mind, the host has 5 local dogs, they live in the homestay area. Take this into consideration if you want to bring your pets. Guest access Guests can use the beach access at any time along the coastline, if it is still connected to the island. Guest allow to access all shared spaces in nearby homestay area, including beach, hill, forest. Other things to note °OUR SERVICES° The price is included full meals during your stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have a day trip with other dive center or local boat owner, please tell us a day before your trip, so we can prepare your lunch box for your trip. °FOOD ALLERGIES & SPECIAL REQUEST° If you have food allergies and specific meals, like vegan/ vegetarian, please let us know and we can provide you a proper meals just for you or your family. We provide coffee & tea at dinning area and you can make by yourself anytime you want (self-service). Free flow drink water, brings your own bottle or tumbler. We advise our guest not to bring more plastic into the island. We work together with other local communities to build better environtment and decrease carbon footprint. Alcoholic beverages or cigarretes are not included, only available in Waisai city or nearby villages. Some villagers are selling alcohol or cigarretes, some not. We provide washing mechine for your laundry, you can ask the host how to use if you didn't understand, or we can take care your laundry without extra charge, we accept your gratuities (pay as you wish). We are happy to help you with anything you need. Electricity and charging device available from 5 pm untill 9 pm. We usually turnoff the light around 10pm or 11pm depends on guest requests. We advise you to bring extra power banks for emergency. ATM's and Bank offices are available only in Waisai City, from our homestay it takes 30-45 mins by water transport depends on the weather. Please remember to prepare enough cash in Rupiah during your stay or you can transfer us money to our Indonesia bank account, just in case emergency you need to pay/ buy something. °TO GET TO RAJA AMPAT° You can fly to Sorong, Papua Barat Daya, Indonesia and then take a ferry or speedboat to Waisai: 1. Fly to Sorong You can fly to Sorong from Jakarta, Makassar, Ambon, Manado, Surabaya, or Bali. Airlines that fly to Sorong include Batik Air, Garuda, Lion Air, Nam Air, Sriwijaya Air, Susi Air, Wings Air, and Xpress Air. 2. Take a ferry or speedboat to Waisai. From Sorong Airport, you can take a taxi, Grab, Gojek, or public transport named Bemo to the Sorong Ferry Harbor. 3. From Sorong Ferry Harbor, you can take a daily public ferry or a private speedboat to Waisai. The Express Ferry departs everyday at 9 AM and 2 PM and takes approx. about two hours from Sorong to Waisai. Once you arrived at Waisai harbor, our boatman/ workers will welcoming and pick you up to the homestay. We will give you detail instruction in house manual. °BOAT TRANSFER/ WATER TAXI° This is common, if you book a place to stay or do activities in the Raja Ampat islands such as Friwen, Mansuar, Kri or Gam. You must prepare additional costs for water taxis or renting a private speedboat. We provide water transportation to pickup/drop off with additional charge 500,000 per trip per boat. Example: if we have to pickup/drop off 4 guests at same time, you will share the cost with other guest. This condition appply only for our water taxi, if you use other water taxi the price might be different.
