The patio is shared with other guests or residents, offering a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors. A dedicated parking spot is included for your convenience. The property is on a slope so there is no way around some steps. However we can accommodate special needs requests by letting you use our private family entrance. However this is only a courtesy upon request. Otherwise there is a separate guest entrance. 🐕 Dog Rules: If you plan to check in with your dog please make sure to register it to your booking and check the “Additional rules” section. Guest access Guests will enjoy their own private entrance to the loft, offering full privacy and independence during your stay. The entire 620 sq ft space is yours to enjoy, including the open-concept living area, sleeping nook, bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and smart TV. For outdoor enjoyment, you'll have exclusive access to your own front and back patios, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a family meal outdoors. The shared backyard area, including a playground, is also available to you—ideal for families with children looking to stretch out and play in a safe, welcoming space. Note that we do not provide wood for fire pit or bbq. During your stay We live on the property and are happy to assist if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. You're likely to see us and our two young children playing in the backyard from time to time — we do our best to keep things respectful and quiet, but there may be the occasional joyful noise of kids at play. Please note: There is a separate guest unit next door, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate and mindful of shared outdoor spaces. Other things to note Please note that early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance to allow us time to coordinate our cleaning schedule.
