This old saddlery in the heart of the Perche has retained its old-world charm while offering great comfort. The space Location: The happiness of the countryside close to small shops recognized for their quality. Located 5 minutes from the highway exit, 7 minutes from the magnificent 18-hole golf course of Souancé-au-Perche, and 15 minutes from Nogent-le-Rotrou train station. The space Main house of 200 m2 with its outbuilding of 20 m2 and its garden of 250 m2 with garden furniture as well as a petanque court and a barbecue for the summer period. Ideal for 8 people, 12 beds are possible. Green room: On the ground floor, this room is located in the extension of the main house, on the garden in an outbuilding of about 20 m2 comprising a spacious bedroom, with its living room and bathroom with toilet. 160 x 200 bed. White room: With an area of 30 m2, this room on the ground floor has a dressing room, a small video game console corner, a sofa convertible into a double bed if necessary, a baby bed and a small adjoining bathroom with toilet. 160 x 200 bed. Blue room: From the east staircase of the house, go to the floor which includes a large 35 m2 bedroom with its dressing room, its living room, and a sofa convertible into a double bed if necessary. Opposite the bedroom, large bathroom with toilet overlooking the garden. 160 x 200 bed. Yellow room: From the West staircase, reach a floor comprising a 25 m2 bedroom with its woodwork and storage spaces. Right next to its shower room with toilet. 160 x 200 bed. On the same floor, facing the garden, you will have a small room for rest, reading or meditation (yoga mats at your disposal) according to your desires. On the ground floor, large living room with living-dining room-kitchen of 45 m2. A large table for 8 people + an additional extendable table can accommodate up to 14 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a large fireplace. This room, as well as the garden, are appreciated by artists/dancers/actors or yogis and Pilates practitioners who can project themselves here on stays/residences. On the ground floor also, a small living room/reading corner or more intimate board games. This warm and relaxing room has a large library and a fireplace area with a view of the garden. A small office space is also available on the ground floor in the garden-side entrance. Beautiful golf course, both wooded and hilly, a must for all golf lovers. Its restaurant offers authentic and seasonal cuisine in a warm setting. Nogent le Rotrou, capital of Perche; this ancient medieval city retains some vestiges of the past, such as its castle, the first elements of which date from the 11th century, and a sweetness of life specific to this region. On Place St Pol, on Saturday morning, there is a market, a must for any Percheron stay, where you can find all the local products. A few meters away, around and in the adjoining streets you will find several flea markets, the Perche being renowned for its quality flea markets. Horseback riding nearby, many horse clubs in the area. The hills of Perche or the forest of Beaumont-les Autels will offer you beautiful walks or bike rides.
