House of the Countess Golden Room

Welcome to Maison de la Comtesse! A classic house with a beautiful history, located in the heart of France, welcomes you in its 5 luxury rooms. We wish you a wonderful stay! The space Chambre d'Or is a romantic spacious family room located on the second floor. It features an original wooden floor and wooden handmade furniture. Included is a delightful king sized bed (180 x 200 cm). The room also contains a seating area and desk. Coffee, tea, water, and biscuits are provided. The room has a private spacious bathroom with Italian shower, complete with towels, bath soap, hand soap and hair dryer. Guest access The dining area, orangerie, pool, terrace, and grounds are shared by guests. During your stay The owners, Stephanie, Joshua, and their cat Bella, live on site. Bella stays in a private area and will not interact with guests. Other things to note Upgrade your stay by choosing extra amenities Breakfast - to be paid on site, 15,00 € for an adult, 12,00 € for a child (under 13 years old) Breakfast typically includes fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, bread, croissants, charcuterie, cheese, jam, yogurt, fruit, and eggs (scrambled eggs/sunny side up/boiled) as requested Dinner - to be paid on site, starting from 35,00 € for an adult, 25,00 € for a child (under 13 years old) The Chef always works fresh ingredients. Please give us at least two days’ notice to prepare, and let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance (Vegetarian/vegan options available). Well behaved pets are welcome! We love to meet your furry friend! Please let us know in advance if your dog or cat will join you during your stay with us. This room also features a pull out sofa bed with 2 single (80 x 200 cm) mattresses which can accommodate 1 or 2 children up to 10 years old. 25,00 € fee applies for each child per night - to be paid onsite (for the cleaning of bedding, towels, soap, etc. required when additional people stay in the room). Please advise us in advance so that we can have the bed(s) made up.
