Other things to note -MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. -SUMMER RENTALS (JUNE-AUGUST) ARE 7 DAY, SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. -No charging of Electric Vehicles allowed on property. A public charging station is located at Lake Gaston Coffee. - The pet fee is only $100 per pet. That is significantly cheaper than boarding. If you do not pay the pet fee, and we find evidence of a pet or pets, we will ask you to pay the additional at the end of your stay.
