Apartment offers 3 additional bathrooms. The space ' 'Hello, first of all, on behalf of the locals, I would like to thank you for visiting Peru. My apartment is located in San Isidro. It is rates as the #1 area to live in Peru as it is in Lima and due to its safeness and appearance when compared to other parts of Lima. If safety is an issue for you, like for many tourists in Peru, then you have come to the right place. San Isidro is the safest neighborhood in Peru. My apartment: Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with an on-suite. In addition there are 2 bedrooms that are above average size. Besides the on-suite, there are 3 bathrooms in the apartment. The living room and dining room is an open floor plan with a great view to the exterior. Located on the 14th floor, the apartment has great views. The doorman is very welcoming and willing to help you with any questions you may have. The title says it all "Casa Club", translates to "Family House" in English. My apartment provides a private gym located within the facilities as well as two swimming pools (heated for kids and adults). There is also a sauna if you wish to use it. For the kids, you can find a trampoline and other games or items that change year round. There is also a big play room for littler kids with slides, ping pong table, and table soccer. Lastly you can play basketball, racquetball, and practice tennis as well as they have a court for these activities. San Isidro is located, about 40 minutes from the airport. If you desire, I can gladly meet you at the airport, regardless of your flight schedule to transport you to my apartment. Just a quick tip: If you decide to use a taxi from the airport, please be very careful what company you use. If you decide to use green taxi which is located inside the airport (you can not miss them as they will ask you fi you need a taxi) they will over charge you about 3x the normal fare. The company "Green Taxi" has a monopoly inside the airport. However if you step outside of the airport you will see other taxis and people who also offer taxi service as well. They will have a cheaper rate and are sometimes even more secure than "Green Taxi". The trip should cost about 40 soles. The currency is 1 USD = 3.23 Nuevo Sols.
