Le Kosy des Toms

Come and spend a peaceful time at the door of the Vosges in a small 50 m² house where we have optimized the space to make you feel at home. You will have the chance to see the Vosges from the terrace and the living room, and direct access to hike in our beautiful and large forests. You will be: - 10 minutes from Baccarat - 15 minutes from Lac de Pierre Percée - 45 minutes from Gérardmer - 45 minutes from Nancy - 1 hour 15 minutes from Strasbourg The space Le Kosy des Toms This small house is very comfortable with a view of the Vosges mountains from the bay window and the 20 m² terrace, it is well exposed to the sun and for the most sensitive to the cold, the Kosy has a pellet stove (provided by the host). Regarding the interior, the Kosy is equipped with an integrated kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, Senseo, fridge/freezer and washing machine), and many accessories. The living room has a table for 4 to 6 people, a sofa/bed (bed base and real mattress), two small armchairs, television. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, TV, storage shelf and we provide sheets. The bathroom includes a 120x80 shower with glass wall, vanity unit and toilet, we do not provide towels. The Kosy is equipped with a radiator in each bedroom, a blower in the bathroom and a radiator in the living room. Outside, there is an easily accessible private parking, terrace with synthetic lawn, and small garden furniture. Other things to note The Kosy is located in a cul-de-sac that gives access to the forest and many walking trails.
