Relax on this unique and peaceful getaway. Enjoy the sunrise over the river and moonrise in front of the garden You will see sailing large ships while refreshing at the pool overlooking the river Our fruit patio invites you to contemplate the nature of the coastline in its perfect dimension. The space our house has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, a third with two single beds. A room with a double bed and a room with two beds, they have a beautiful view of the river; the third room that does not have a view of the river, has a bathroom with shower and bidet, en suite. The house is in height, overlooking the river over the canyon of Avenida de los Olivos, an emblematic place on the Ramallo coast. It is important to note that young children must always be protected and under the strict attention of adults, since the house has a railing over the ravine but it is not completely closed; the pool does not have protection for children and has a deep part of 1.80 meters. We take care of a dog who "adopted us" , we say Gordinha because she is very nice, affectionate and has a patita renga. Guests can feed it! The best of our house? Watching the sunrise from the bed, from the garden... from the living room. A must 🌞 And Full Moonrise 🌕 Guest access Our house is located a few meters from the Paraná River, in its best view along the coast from Baradero to Rosario. You'll see the sun rise year-round, and the full moon🌕. Being almost on the river, our house is exposed to what we call "natural forces": for those intense moments, you will receive special recommendations before checking in. The house has a balcony overlooking the river from a height of about 5 meters. Although we have a wire fence, small children must remain under strict adult supervision at all times during their stay. The pool is NOT fenced, and at its deepest point it reaches 1.80 meters. This is to be careful for those who do not know how to swim and for small children. We recommend constant care for all guests. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Other things to note We have two permanent inhabitants in the house: a dog that adopted us and feed on what remains of the rich asados that Charly prepares😄. It also lives near the diets a couple of lizards that sometimes in the summer noon are seen when they sunbathe. They are not dangerous, we ask for special respect as they help us fight the local bicherio. We recommend always carrying repellent, the famous "mosquito hour" really exists (when the sun goes down) The aromas of our garden can add to any food they do, the same the condiments. Please do not take bath towels to the pool area. Use only those provided by the host
