It has a large outdoor space to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day, with a covered front terrace, a large covered back terrace and a large garden with artificial grass to relax by the pool. On the first floor there is a beautiful large south-facing terrace overlooking the sea, the village of Mojácar and the mountains. The villa is designed for comfort and convenience, with new air conditioning units in every room to keep you cool on warm days. Downstairs is the living room that is divided into a dining room that seats six and a seating area with a large Chaise Longue-style sofa. The large flat-screen smart TV features Spanish TV channels and a Netflix account. Wifi is available in the entire house. In winter, you can relax on the sofa while enjoying the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, toaster, iron, dishwasher, hand blender and coffee maker. There are 3 large bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, conveniently located on the ground floor, with a bathroom with shower also on the same floor. Another bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds are on the first floor, in addition to a family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. All bedrooms feature built-in closets, blinds, and mosquito nets for your comfort. The property is also planned with new electricity, solar panels and all interior doors have been freshly painted. The historic Moorish city of Mojácar is nearby, just a 10-15 minute drive away. Just before arriving in Mojácar is the fishing village of Garrucha, where you will find a variety of excellent seafood restaurants.
