The entire holiday home, both ground floor and first floor, will be entirely at your disposal! Up to 4 guests, self check-in, with 2 private parking spaces and free high-speed internet (fiber). Who is it for? It’s the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy the sea, explore the wonders of ROME and the stunning SOUTH COAST of LAZIO. Why is this a wellness-oriented villa? Because it is surrounded by a 320 sqm garden, benefiting from the positive energy of the nearby sea and its wide beaches. What will you find? A garden enclosed by a green hedge, with a few small trees and a majestic magnolia: part of it is lawn where you can relax and enjoy the built-in barbecue; the other part is paved, ideal for outdoor dining and taking a warm shower in the open air. All windows are equipped with new mosquito screens. The ground floor opens up to the garden view with a spacious and bright living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with 4 burners, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with WC, shower box, and sink. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the garden and the magnolia tree. It features a ceiling fan with circular shapes and air conditioning. This will be fully refunded at check-out after verifying that no damage has been done to the property or furniture. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed, due to the recent renovation—although we truly love them. The villa is part of a triplex and is located within a residential complex where other people live. Therefore, guests are kindly asked to show maximum respect for the other residents, especially during the quiet hours established by the complex rules.
