Cozy cabin for rent 50 meters from the ski track. The cabin is close to amazing hiking terrain with great viewpoints. The cabin is located 20 minutes from Evje city center. Here you have activity centers for all ages such as the Troll Activity and Mineral Park, as well as a small town center with various shops. The cabin has a cozy patio with a fire pit that can be used. There is a road all the way up to the cabin and parking for up to four cars. Possibility of renting towels and bed sets for NOK 100 per person. The space The cabin has two bedrooms, each bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower part, 120 cm wide, can accommodate two people. The upper part of the bunk beds can accommodate 1 person, a total of 3 people per room. In bedroom 1 there is also a baby crib. There is running water (drilling water) and electricity. New bathroom with bidet shower for those who want this. In dry summers, the well can be empty, so be aware that this can happen. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace, as well as a small kitchen and dining table with room for 6 people. Unfortunately, there is no TV on site, but you have a couple of board games and some books that can be read. We do not have WIFI, so your own mobile broadband or mobile internet must be used if you want to be online. Heating: This is a cold cabin in the winter, so remember to fire up as soon as you arrive at the place. The cabin will get warm, but remember that the fireplace is the best source of heat. The cabin also has a couple of panel heaters, as well as heating cables in the bathroom. It is important to read and review the check-out list (cabin cleaning list) that is hanging on the wall in the kitchen before you leave the cabin. Guest access The cabin is on one floor, where the entire floor is allowed for use. In addition, we have a storage room with a code lock. In this storage room the fire pan is stored for the winter. This can be used, but must be cleaned and put in place the day after use. There is a road all the way up to the cabin that is cleared in the winter. There is private parking, space for 3-4 cars. The host is, as far as possible, up in advance and breaks the road to the cabin door. Other things to note We cover electricity up to 25 kWt per day. This is the amount of electricity we use when we are at the cabin, without compromising any kind of comfort. If this is exceeded, a claim will be sent for the electricity that is used over this. Remember to charge the car in Evje before you come up to the cabin, or have enough power to get down. There is no electric car charger on site. Guests are asked to bring their own wood. It's hard for us to have enough wood for everyone. Firewood can be bought down in Evje city center.
