The space The accommodation is as follows: Second floor - 25 m² living room with sofas, wood-burning stove (5 logs supplied) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC First floor - Bedroom 2 (master suite): king-size bed (180×200) with dressing room, bath and bathroom sink - Bedroom 3: two single beds, sofa bed and walk-in shower with bathroom sink - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer. Exterior: - A beautiful south-facing garden of 1,000 m², not fenced but overlooking a dead-end road. It includes a gravel terrace, two exotic wood sunshades and a complete set of garden furniture. - 70 m² terrace with table for 6, 8 chairs, 2 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and brazier.
