Cozy room near Bradley Airport (1g)

Do you have an overnight flight? Did your flight get cancelled or has a long delay? Well, our house is the perfect cozy and peaceful area to rest and enjoy the time while you wait for your trip. The house is located 7 min far from Bradley Airport and there are a lot of grocery shops, restaurants and gyms a short distance, which definitely provides all the conveniences and comfort that you need. The space This is a cozy place in a family house, with a lot of sun light and peaceful view to our big garden and pool. The room offered has a king size bed perfect for a couple and a wardrobe with big mirrors. There is one full bathroom which it is just for guests in the basement. The shared areas are: the sitting area by the kitchenette, the kitchenette, the patio, the garden, the pool and outdoor shower (summer time only). We go for "shoes off" inside of the house, so you are very welcome to bring your slippers or sandals to walk around the house. Guest access When you check-in, please ring the doorbell and one of the family members will open the door to give you a warm welcoming greeting. You will have access to all the shared areas like the patio, garden (all back yard is fenced), pool and outdoor shower (these last two available just in summer). Parking is available outside of the house, in the driveway area. Make sure to park on the left side in front of the bins. When you check-out, please place the trash in the green bin, which is outside of the house, by the garage doors and leave the used towels in the white basket in the bathroom. During your stay There is always someone in the house, so feel free to ask for help anytime or through the website. We are very friendly and outgoing, so do not hesitate to talk to us whenever you need. Other things to note - The room is in a family home, so there is always someone at home. - Parties are not allowed. - Alcohol, drugs and other illegal substances are NOT allowed in our house. - Pets are not allowed - If you do not have any reviews, you need to provide an identification in order your request to be accepted. - If you have a special requests like bringing guests to visit you for a couple of hours, we kindly ask that this be coordinated with us in advance due to potential security concerns since this a family house. You must need to provide guests identifications before getting into the house. - Visitors from our guests (maximum 2 guests) are not allowed to spend a night in our property, they can just stay up to 2 hours. - This is one guest offer, if you have a kid older than 12 years old, please go to the listing for 2 guests.
