New spacious apartment with two bedrooms, located on the 1st floor of an elegant building in the center of Campo Tures. It features a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the splendid panoramic view of Castle Taufers and the surrounding green spaces. The apartment comes with a free parking permit for 1 car; additionally, you will receive the "Alto Adige Guest Pass" as a gift, which allows you to use public transport (buses, regional trains, and some cable cars) for free. The space The apartment is spacious and sunny, furnished with elegance and a taste for design. It is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. An efficient WiFi network will allow you to use it as a base for remote work as well. There is no elevator in the building. You will find all the necessary information for your stay inside the apartment (wifi password, etc.). For long stays, bed sheets and towels are changed weekly, so for stays longer than 7 nights, you will find in the wardrobe the corresponding change. Any extra changes are available for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of booking. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal, and you will also have access to the communal laundry area shared with the other apartments. You will have a space next to the apartment's entrance door to store your skis and boots (please dry the equipment before entering the house). There is no elevator. The check-in is by appointment because we do not live in the house and must be agreed upon at least 2 days before arrival (please note the times); any late check-in (up to a maximum of 9:30 pm) must be requested in advance and confirmed by us based on availability (with an extra charge of 25 euros to be paid upon arrival). Other things to note Each apartment is equipped with a free parking permit for 1 car, to park in some public areas near the house (the space is not assigned and depends on availability at the time, but is generally easily accessible). Note: The parking permit must be returned at check-out (failure to return it will result in a penalty of 100 euros). According to Italian law, guests (including children) are required to show a valid document that will be registered on the State Police's Alloggiati Web portal. The document will not be archived or stored, but used only for the purposes required by law for this mandatory registration. Complimentary "Alto Adige Guest Pass" to use local public transport and some cable cars for free. We love pets very much and are happy to host people who share our same passion. Due to space constraints, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment: they must be well-behaved, on a leash and muzzle, and cannot be left alone in the house. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damages caused to property and people during the stay. IMPORTANT: We do our best to ensure that the house is perfectly clean and tidy, but you may come across a stray dog/cat hair that escaped cleaning.
