Beautiful Summer House with private beach and dock

Great spacious, fully equipped vacation rental in the island of Edholma, in the Swedish archipelago. The space Vacation rental in the island of Edholma, near Vaxholm. This beautiful cabin has magnificent views over the water in the archipelago. Its great location close to Vaxholm, where ferries transport is usual, is perfect at all seasons. It is 10 min. boat distance to Vaxholm where you can find a few good restaurants to suit every taste. In Vaxholm as well you will find few bars, good shopping with a limited variety of stores, the Vaxholm fortress and fun for all. It is close to several golf courses. Additional places to visit are nearly located with relatively short driving distances. Guest access In the Main cabin you'll find: One (1) master bedroom, one (1) bedroom with two twin size beds, one (1) bedroom with one queen size bed. A chimeny. Three (3) balconies (front, back, and one on the second floor), green gardens, Weber gas grill, electrical lamp heater (to be used outside). One (1) full bathroom (with baby changing station), shower cabin, cabinets for toiletry bag and other necessaries. Towels, floor mats, hair dryer. For entertainment, it counts with TV, DVD, CD, radio, table games, outside games, coloring books, and toys for various ages. In the kitchen you have an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, candles, flower bases, table covers, iron and iron board. Most rooms have heated floors. In the Guest cabin you'll find: One (1) bedroom with two twin size beds with bed linens. In addition, a front balcony, washing machine, dryer, WC (with running water and light), an additional refrigerator/freezer, and sun chairs. In the Boathouse close to the water you'll find: A sauna, mini-refrigerator, additional dishes, cups, water-sport toys, mattresses and bed pillows for wooden bed (located at the dock) for sunbathing or relaxing. On the dock, space for several medium-sized boats and large dinner table, chairs and sun chairs. Other things to note *bed sheets and towels can be rented for 200 SEK per person and stay *Cleaning upon check-out at an additional fee. *Cleaning during the stay might not be possible, due to the rental location. *Maybe available for LONG-TERM winter rentals depending on booking anticipation time and guests capabilities to break the ice (as the water feezes).
