This private room is equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom, A/C and TV You will feel comfortable surrounded by beautiful beaches and lagoons. This is a paradise for fishermen! The property is well located just at 150 meters of the beach and close to the village center. Private garage available. No A/C after midnight due the cut of electricity, however we provide battery fan all night. The space The hole property is 450m2 land, located 150 m from the beach, inside you have the private room with bathroom (where you going to stay), you have space to park your car inside the property. Guest access Patio and the room, you can park inside the property. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDER The electricity in the hole village has a schedule: Morning: 10:00-14:00 Afternoon: 18:00-00:00 No A/C out the electricity time We provide some solar items such as lights and fan We can help you to provide and book your shuttle from Tulum to the village if you need.
