With 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, plus a full-sized futon in the loft can be set up in this cozy retreat, perfect for families or friends looking to get away. We have a finished apartment downstairs that sleeps 4 - 6 if you use the futon in the living room - and has a private entrance in the front of the home through the 8-foot sliding glass doors. It is ready to rent if you have more than 8 people in your party and are renting the upstairs. We are still in the process of developing the landscape - We made the driveway bigger for more trailers, and we are building a stone firepit, and more exciting things! The 8th person sleeps on a futon in the loft.
