Welcome to our elegant family home in the centre of Prinquiau, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Its geographical location and ease of access mean that it is within easy reach of many places of interest in Loire Atlantique and Brittany. The house offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay with family or friends. In the summer months, you can take advantage of the swimming pool and its grounds. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. The space Very easy access from the property: -500 m on foot from the village and its local shops (bakery, supermarket, post office, tobacconist, hairdresser, beautician) and personal services (doctor, dentist, osteopath, nurse), -Close to various places of interest: Château de l'Escuray (1.2km - 16 minutes on foot), Moulin de la Bicane (6kms by car), Le poney club de la Ducherais (6kms by car), - 7 minutes by car from the Savenay cinema. - 30 km from seaside resorts: La Baule, Pornichet... Situated around 30 minutes from the beaches of Pornichet / La Baule and Nantes, you can discover the tourist treasures of our region: the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Trentemoult, a small typical fishing village, or the wild coast and the Chemin des douaniers, the Brière, the ramparts of Guérande, Pornic... Between two visits or on your return from the beach, you can relax in the swimming pool (only in summer). La Houlette is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor you'll find * A cosy, comfortable living room where you can spend time together, * A living room with a dining table for 8 people, * A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils), * Two bright, spacious bedrooms, each with a 160cm double bed, * A third bedroom with 2 single trundle beds, * A large, modern and uncluttered shower room with a large walk-in shower, * A separate WC Upstairs, you'll find : * A mezzanine area for relaxing and reading, * Two bright attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm); one of them has a desk area that can be used for teleworking, * A spacious bathroom with a double washbasin and bath. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. In the kitchen, tea towels and sponges are provided. Outside: * A beautiful terrace with a space for garden furniture, * A large table seating 10, protected by an electric awning. * A barbecue is available in summer. * A swimming pool measuring 3m x 6m * Sun loungers are available to help you relax. Guest access Travellers have full access to the house, garden and swimming pool (open from 1 April to 15 September). The garage is not accessible. A barbecue is also available, depending on the season - ask us. Other things to note ► Autonomous arrival = Keeping you informed of your safe arrival and departure ► Anti-intrusion video surveillance cameras in the living room and outside, deactivated during stays. ► Non-smoking house ► Pets are allowed ► Please respect the linen/equipment and leave the house as clean as you found it ► Please respect the neighbourhood by avoiding noise pollution after 10pm. Party is forbidden ► The reserving user account must be that of the person staying in the accommodation (except if professional account).
