This is a new build. You can still smell the fresh wood and everything. I have internet and dish and refrigerator downstairs I welcome you to use whatever you like in the house and the garage. There r 4 rooms all together but the master bedroom is only complete room I have extra queen and king in other rooms to use. Cook as much as you want and enjoy the house all to yourselves.
