Discover our beautiful top-floor apartment in a charming multi-family house with only three units. EIGHT not only offers a unique living environment but also the comfort and coziness you need for your stay. The apartment impresses with high ceilings and plenty of wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the entrance area, you will find a practical wardrobe, ideal for your jackets and personal belongings. A wooden staircase leads you to the living and sleeping areas. From left to right, here’s what awaits you: - Small Bedroom: This cozy room is equipped with a comfortable bed (140x200 cm). Right outside the door, there is an open wardrobe with a large mirror, perfect for your everyday needs. - Separate Toilet - Bathroom: Equipped with a walk-in shower, modern bathroom furniture, a mirror, towels, a hairdryer, and soap – here you can relax after an eventful day. - Master-Bedroom: Enjoy restful nights in a large double bed (180x200 cm) with a dresser and direct access to the balcony. - Open Living Space: Here, modern elements meet coziness! The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need, while the dining area for 4 people, the cozy sofa, and the Smart TV invite you to enjoy pleasant evenings. From here, you also have direct access to the balcony, where you can look over the rooftops of Seekirchen and see the church tower. We sincerely thank you for your mindful use of the comforts our apartment offers. Your well-being is important to us – enjoy your stay to the fullest! Other things to note A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay is charged for a travel cot with bedding and a high chair. Please reserve this equipment in advance! ____ The electric charging station in the parking lot next to the entrance is available to you upon prior arrangement. The fee for charging your vehicle is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour. _____ Our laundry room A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, detergent, dryer, drying rack, iron and storage space is available to you – exclusively by prior reservation and for your private use only. If you’d like to use the facility, we’ll be happy to reserve a 5-hour time slot for you and provide everything you need – including detergent and a drying rack.
