Modern and eco-friendly house

Spacious, modern, eco-friendly guesthouse. The air-conditioned guesthouse is located on the upper floor of our family house and has a private entrance. We live on the ground floor of the house. The house has a large garden with a pool, sauna, hot tub*, toys, barbecue area. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with WIFI access, LED TVs, pine furniture. The Mecsek forests are a few minutes' walk from the house. The house operates as an "other accommodation". *the tub and sauna are extra The space The Rozmaring guesthouse is surrounded by a 6000 sqm garden. You can relax in a beautiful green environment just a few meters from the forests of Mecsek. In the courtyard, in addition to the Rozmaring guesthouse, there is also a place called Rózsa Porta. The use of the pool, hot tub and sauna is therefore not exclusive, but the use of the tub and sauna is separated by appointment in 2-hour private periods. Guest access Guests can use the playground, barbecue, swimming pool, tub bath, sauna in the yard. Sun loungers are also available. The use of the sauna and the tub bath is subject to an extra charge, everything else is free. Other things to note The guest house is located on the top floor of our family house. It has a completely separate, separate entrance, its own kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. So it's completely private, but you may hear the conversation or the kids playing from the ground floor. You'll probably run into us in the yard several times a day. We love it, but if you're uncomfortable, please book one of our other guesthouses, the Menta Porta or the Rózsa Porta.
