The Surfrider - once a motel and symbol of opulence on Sydney's Northern Beaches - is a unique, private apartment building right on the beachfront in Dee Why. Studio 22 is an airy and bright studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the building, with north-facing views up to Long Reef Headland, inviting in sea breezes and the morning sun. The space Studio 22 has one bedroom/living area perfectly appointed for 1-2 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchenette with small appliances, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a private balcony with an outlook over the park and surf club. Guest access As our guest, you have access to the entire apartment, common areas such as the foyers, and the shared laundry room. Other things to note Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, including on your balcony. We don't allow parties or large events, and ask that you kindly respect our neighbours by keep noise levels agreeable. We don't have extra beds for more than 2 guests.
