The space This rancher on 1/4 acre with redwoods was completely rebuilt by a custom contractor for his own family. 4 bedrooms all equipped with flat screen TVs, 3 baths and office built into main house. Luxurious backyard includes an oversized spa that doubles as a small plunge pool in the summer. Set amongst the the peaceful redwoods are two additional structures used as a second private office (white) and relaxing yoga studio with bonus sleeping loft (green). Guest access Rental includes private use of entire property with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and office in main house with billiard table in the garage. Professionally designed yard built for privacy with oversized hotel style spa, outdoor dining, outdoor ping pong, separate yoga studio and second office nestled among the redwoods Other things to note Minimum 7 day stay. Pool, and landscaping service is included. For mid term stays cleaning 1x per month is required and included in the price. For mid term guests an additional locked off owners walk in closet can be made available!!
