The space This home is decorated in rustic ranch style. it is a 3bedroom 3 bath home with an open floor plan. It offers a very large back patio with spaces to BBQ and sit around a fire. If you are wanting to feel secluded but yet be 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is the perfect location to enjoy! Guest access Renting our property means you get to enjoy the entire house and full 11 acres of land. Just remember this property does have wildlife animals but we do not allow hunting during your stay. If we find that our guests have not followed the rules and have hunted animals on property a fine ($500 minimum)will charged. Other things to note This property runs on well water. Though we have a filtration system, we do not recommend cooking or drinking water.
