A detached 3-bedroom bungalow with off-street parking for 3-4 cars in safe, sunny and secluded garden with SW facing terrace and lawn. Chy An Dour is a family owned cottage just a short flat walk (100m) along a quiet lane to the beach and centre of Polzeath. It has a sheltered, sunny garden and is only a minute's walk from the village centre and the shops. The house is fully furnished, well equipped and has been carefully maintained over many years to provide a comfortable home with all necessary fittings. There is also a timber summer house in the private garden with 2 beds, ideal for teenage children. Surfboards, wetsuits etc can be stored in the cellar and there is a cold outside shower for rinsing. Utilities: Electricity is via a £1 coin meter. Hot water is via electricity. Heating is included during winter months by oil central heating. A wood burning stove is available in the living room at any time, though wood is not provided. Linen and towels available at extra cost if required. Bookings: Friday to Friday. Sorry: no pets except by special arangement.
