The chalet is accessed via a narrow, winding mountain road. This is standard for high-altitude Swiss properties and presents no issue for drivers experienced with alpine roads. Guests who are unfamiliar with or uncomfortable on this type of road should consider this before booking. The unit is on the lower level of the building. The interior is single-level with no internal stairs, but guests should be aware this is not a ground-floor or elevated apartment. The apartment does not have window screens fitted. In warmer months, insects and flies may enter if windows are left open — this is normal in an alpine rural setting. Small insects and spiders may occasionally be noticed indoors given the natural surroundings. This is expected at this altitude and in this type of setting. City Tax and a Security Deposit may be charged separately depending on your booking platform. Swiss law requires all guests to complete a registration form prior to or upon arrival.
