The space 🖼️ You will find a large and bright "open space" living room with a kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom complete with everything you need. 🛋️ In the "open space" living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. 🍽️ The kitchen is equipped with every comfort (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and everything you need to prepare your best dishes. 🍃 To complete the picture of the living room, you will have a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard of the building where you can enjoy some fresh air on summer evenings. 👨🏻‍💻 Ability to work remotely thanks to super-fast WI-FI (fiber optics) and a smart TV with the possibility of accessing Netflix, Prime video, Disney plus with your own accounts. 🛏️ In the double bedroom, you will find a comfortable bed for two adults, a large wardrobe, and bed linen and towels. 🚿 The bathroom is equipped with the main services such as a sink, bidet, toilet and shower stall. Guest access 📍Your accommodation is located in Trieste, in Via Raffaello Sanzio 13, in the heart of the "San Giovanni" district. 🚶🏻‍♂️If you arrive on foot, the property is about 3.5 km from the city center. 🚌 If you arrive by bus with lines 6, 9 or 12, just walk about 50 meters from your stop. 🅿️ If you arrive with your car, there is no problem: you will have two condominium parking lots located next to the building, accessible through the opening of a bar that will be done with a key that will be provided to you at the time of check-in. N.B. These parking spaces are not private but available to all condominiums residing in the building, so we cannot guarantee you a parking space, but except for certain times (from 6:30 p.m. onwards) the probability of finding it is considerable. In the event that you cannot find a free parking space inside the condominium parking lots, we inform you that on the road the parking lots are free on any day and time of the week, in addition to about 300 meters there is a private parking lot for a fee "Park San Giovanni". Other things to note The Municipality of Trieste charges a TOURIST TAX of €3.00 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days (excluding children under the age of 18), which is not included in the price and must be paid through some common electronic payment platforms (we will arrange the payment method).
