It has a nice living room, a large bedroom, a shower room, and a parking space in front of the accommodation. Accommodation not suitable for PRM. No animals allowed. It is fully equipped, with plenty of storage, ideal for 3 adults max (ATTENTION!! please note the size of the clic-clac sleeping area: 100cm wide x 186cm in length) or 2 adults + 2 children (+ a baby👶). It also provides baby essentials❤️, crib prepared on arrival, accessories for the meal, chair booster, first-aged toys... Please unfold the metal reinforcing foot on the back of the sofa (hidden under a zipped slide) when installing the bed! !! ATTENTION!! BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FROM 2 NIGHTS BOOKED. Are always present in the home, duvets, pillows, mattress pads, and tea towels. The property consists of: A beautiful living room with a relaxation area (3-seater click-clack bench with a sleeping area 100cm wide x 186cm in length, to be well taken into account if 3 adults or large children😊, make sure to unfold the metal reinforcing foot on the back of the sofa (hidden under a zipped slide) when installing in the sleeping position), blackout curtains on the window and front door, a dining area with top refrigerator, range hood, 2 burner plate, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, a table, 2 benches as well as storage furniture with dishes and necessary accessories. A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, an electric towel dryer, a washing machine (reserved for stays of at least 7 nights) and storage. A large bright master bedroom, with a 140 bed, an umbrella bed, a dresser, 1 wardrobe, 1 TV, books, games and children's toys. We also provide you with an INTEX electric air mattress in 90, stored in the wardrobe as well as a down. BED and BATH LINEN PROVIDED FOR all GUESTS, FROM 2 NIGHTS BOOKED (number of guests to be confirmed before arrival as well as the age of the children). ACCOMMODATION NOT ADAPTED PMR (3 steps to access the entrance door) and no outlet cover. The accommodation is non-smoking / vaping, please respect this. The ACCOMMODATION is supplied with natural well water, which we drink, and bottles of water are available in the accommodation. For your comfort, from 2 nights booked, the accommodation will be ready upon arrival: the parental bed will be made, the bed linen for the clic-clac will be placed on the bed and towels will be available in the shower room. If you need the umbrella bed, please let us know in order to prepare it for you😉. From 2 nights booked, we also offer you snacks upon arrival, sweet, savory, in a small welcome basket as well as coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, ... to enhance your stay. Upon your departure, we ask that you return the property as clean as it was when you arrived and ensure that the bathrooms are cleaned. Please also put the used bed and house linen, on the washing machine. Check-ins are between 6pm and 8pm and departures, before 11am, independently, via a code secure key box.
