Footwear: Please remove your shoes outside and use the provided shoe rack. If you prefer to wear footwear indoors, kindly use only indoor-designated shoes or wipe and enter. 3. Kitchen: If you use any dishes, please wash them as housekeeping doesn't include dishwashing. (Please order use and throw plates and glasses for your convenience). 4. Noise Levels: Kindly limit loud noises and respect the neighborhood. 5. Energy Conservation: Please turn off ACs, fans, and appliances when leaving the house or your rooms to avoid wasting electricity. 6. Security:Ensure the door is locked when you leave the house. 7. Drinking and Smoking: - Drinking is permitted, but please be considerate and avoid damaging furnishings. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please use balcony and ashtray for sure. ( As it’s top floor all the ash will bounce back and it will be inside the house). 8. Housekeeping: - Our housekeepers will clean, mop, and dust every 2 days. - Linens and towels will be changed every 3 days or upon new guest arrival (whichever is earlier). -if there is a lot of trash please leave it outside the main door before 6 AM. 9. Check-in/Check-out: - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and dependent on previous/next day's guest schedules. - In some cases, an additional day may be blocked, incurring a half-day fee. 10.
