The apartment is located upstairs in a newly built property. The property is located on a private plot and the landlord lives in an adjacent house. The apartment is 70m2, has a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two sleeping lofts, which are accessed via a loft ladder, with two single beds on each loft. There is also a large balcony with both a dining table, a nice sofa and a gas grill. The apartment is modernly equipped while also having a cozy and personal touch. The space The apartment is completely new, it is modern and rustic. We have thought of both convenience and the overall experience when designing the spaces. The apartment is located in the countryside, surrounded by the beautiful Sörmland landscape. It's never far to the nearest forest or swimming area. In the nearby area, there are a number of nature reserves and hiking trails. In Båsenberga, about 10 km from the accommodation, there is a nice golf course, a mountain bike trail, a cross-country skiing trail and a ski slope. In Vingåker's central area, 6 km from the accommodation, there are restaurants, cafés and a large outlet for branded clothing. Guest access In the building, there is a laundry room that is intended for guests. Other things to note We speak Swedish, German and English. Guests have the opportunity to borrow the host couple's canoe and boat to take trips on the river that borders the property. Life jackets are available for 4 people. Breakfast tray can be offered by arrangement. Price SEK 90/person, paid in cash or via Swish in connection with check-in.
