Welcome to our 28 sqm guest apartment in the quiet residential area of Sundsstrand in Uddevalla. Here you'll find proximity to forest and sea, views of the Byfjorden, playgrounds, and pleasant walking paths. In 15 minutes by car, you can go to central Uddevalla, Ljungskile or to Torp shopping center with restaurants and shops. 1 hour by car to Gothenburg. There are also a few beaches in the nearby area. The area has an unmanned store that is opened with a Swedish bank ID. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the property! The space Guest apartment is suitable for 2 adults ( there are 2 80 beds) and possibly one smaller child. Shared living room and kitchen with stove, microwave and oven. Separate bedroom with a chest of drawers and TV. Bathroom with grinder pump toilet and shower cabin. Bed linens INCLUDEDICATED If needed, a travel bed for children 0-2 years can be borrowed with bed linen as well as some toys. Guests clean after themselves upon checkout! Guest access The whole apartment. - Bed linens are included! - Guests clean themselves according to the routine before check out! Other things to note The guest apartment is located on the backside of our house. We are a family of two adults and two children who are 5 and 3 years old. We move around the house and on the property and sometimes have guests or friends of the kids greeting and playing. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or in the yard! Exploring nearby: - Torp Shopping Mall – 15 min drive for shopping, food and restaurants - Uddevalla's boardwalk – enjoy a walk along the water and views of the fjord - Bodele swimming area - shallow swimming area next to the boardwalk, just over 2 km from Uddevalla city center. - Gustafsberg nature reserve / Snäckan pastry shop – Super cozy place with historical buildings and charming cafe Snäckan. - Bohuslän Museum - offers exhibitions and activities for the family
