Sokkel with beautiful views in a quiet residential area, in the middle of nature. Only 10 minutes away from the airport, between Harstad and Narvik. We live upstairs, so you can easily reach us. Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy apartment, and feel welcome. If it's hard to find available times, it's because we also use it a lot ourselves. The space One bedroom with a double bed, private kitchen, living room with sofa bed, hallway, inner hallway and a small bathroom. Exit from living room to terrace, and large plot over two levels and lots of berry bushes. Good parking space. Adapted for smoking outdoors. No smoking inside. Guest access The entire apartment, entrance, terrace and parking outside are reserved for guests. It is also possible to use more of the plot by agreement with the host. We have several nice outdoor areas. Other things to note If there is a need for a ride to or from the airport, it may be possible at an additional cost as long as we are at home and have the opportunity. Ask and agree on this in advance. The house is located in a residential area and you can see both the school and the nursing home from here. The outdoor areas and playground equipment at the school are available after 2:10 pm on all weekdays and all Saturdays and Sundays. At the end of the street there is a nice hiking trail up to the top of the mountain, and there is a walking and cycling path down to the sea past the shop and over to Liland kindergarten. There is also a football field within walking distance, and the municipality has over 20 well-marked hiking trails to mountain tops and hiking destinations around the municipality. Feel free to ask us about the route and difficulty. Not all are equally well suited for untrained people. If you rent here, you can ask for a tour or other facilitated experience at an additional cost. If we have time and opportunity, we will be there.
