Welcome to our Cozy Home on The Avenue, Caroline Springs. Essential things to bear in mind below: * Bedding: Freshly laundered linens, pillows, and pillowcases for each guest. Laundry detergent always to be used at 60 degrees water temperature on premise ( Hygiene is our top priority)
* Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with LG refrigerator, rice cooker and air fryer and slow cooker 
* Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable high speed NBN Telstra Wi-Fi, work from home with peace of mind 
 The space * Bathroom: Access to a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, and stable hot and cold water. Guests also expect shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap, cotton tips, hair tie, hair clip and make up pads, hair dryer * Workspace: A dedicated workspace with a chair - right next to your room 
 * Safety: Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and first aid kit located inside huge cabinet next to your room 
 * Cleaning supplies: Antibacterial wipes, detergent, scourers, sponges, microfiber cloth, paper towels, and bleach, napkins provided in ur own room * * Laundry: Provided with laundry liquid and laundry powder, fabric softener and laundry sanitiser, dryer is designed with AI settings, automatically stopped when it senses dryness of your clothes 
 * Bin liners and garbage can: Bins and bin liners in your room, dispose your own waste appropriately please! * My Airbnb is conveniently located near shopping centre CS Square just 2 mins away, also 3 mins drive to Lake Caroline, 12 mins travel to St.Albans, 20mins to Melton, 33mins away from the bustling CBD * The moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a decorated living area, was designed to make you feel like 🏡 HOME. * The open-concept layout seamlessly connects our living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, create a warm and inviting atmosphere for my guests Guest access * Guest can come and go whenever you prefer to (no restrictions on hours) as you have your own passcode provided to open our entrance door * Due to our policy, only guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay and visit * Smoking is allowed on hallway next to our laundry room, if smoking detected inside your room, penalties may apply * We have no noise restrictions as you share the common spaces with me, my partner and my brother and 1 more guest if applied. You’re expecting to share bathroom and toilet with my brother and 1 more guest if applied * Sorry, no access to our garage/storage area separately locked behind our backyard During your stay I’m in inch away from your room, call me or text me on Airbnb chat if you need anything ☺️ I do respect guests space and privacy at the same time If you not sure where things are DM me 1000 times/day I’ll reply back you asap 1000 times/day Other things to note * 𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆: If the room has not vacated before 3pm and you wish to rest before check in or simply arrived to drop off your luggage, you’re welcome to do so, we’ll put it in a safe place. Whether if you wish to wait downstairs, you are welcome to stay as well
