To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, heater, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch  - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Games  - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.  - Wi-Fi, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms. - 1 room has a king-sized bed, while the other room has a queen-sized bed. Please note: There are a total of 4 rooms, of which 2 will be accessible to you, if this listing is booked. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms - 2 attached, 1 common.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in one bathroom. COMMON AREAS - There are two living rooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor.  - They can seat up to 8 and 4 people respectively.  - Both living rooms offer heaters, TV and WiFi. The music system is available on request. - The indoor and outdoor dining offer seating for up to 4 and 8 people respectively.  - There is a balcony with seating for up to 4 people.  - There is a terrace garden on the lower ground floor. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and the common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Please note: Access to the first and the second floor of the villa is not permitted. During your stay The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. Other things to note FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. The menu is seasonal and may vary.  - Breakfast will be served after 9 AM only. Please place the orders 6 hours in advance.  - Guests can eat out or order-in nearby restaurants like Iheart Cafe, Darjeeling Cafe, The Good Old Cafe and Cafe Lakeside.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like chess, clue, monopoly or cards. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty or go boating nearby. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost. A service charge of Rs. 500 will be levied. Ingredients and coal will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session for a duration of 1.5 hours. - The guest vehicle will be sanitised by our staff at a one-time additional cost of Rs.500. - A basic photography course can be availed at no additional cost. - All golfers are in for a treat, a golfing session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person. This is subject to availability. - A scenic can be set-up at an additional cost of Rs. 1100 per person, inclusive of BBQ, food and setup. Boat and transportation costs will be additional. - Venture out for a session of bird photography free of charge on your own, or at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 if the owner’s assistance is required. - Guests can enjoy a complimentary candlelight dinner set up. - All food related payments will be accepted in cash only.
