Retro vacation home in the countryside

Do you like old plank floors and retro furniture? Do you prefer rustic old-school charm instead of a modern glass box? With us you can experience a journey through time... Our house is from 1906 and still furnished as in the 60s/70s. Are you in the mood for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Our village is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Here you can recharge your batteries in nature. You can also relax in our large garden, by the campfire and in the sauna. The space Almost the entire left half of our house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom is for rent. The apartment is (except for the bathroom) only partially renovated and worn, with "rough edges" (see photos), but clean, well equipped and cheap. In the rooms, you will find original floral wallpaper and furniture from the 60s/70s. There are 4 beds, additional mattresses are possible. Our large garden with hammocks, sunbeds, foosball and barbecue is welcome to be used. By arrangement and for a fee, the sauna and fire bowl. A basic stock of spices & tea is available. For kids, we have a lot of toys and right next door there is a playground and sports field. There are additional toilets in the outbuilding. Our village is set in the middle of beautiful countryside, surrounded by fields, forests, streams. You can easily watch animals, hike and cycle here. The sugar railway cycle path leads directly past Goldschau. Paddling is possible on the Saale, Unstrut or white Elster. There are also a few lakes for swimming nearby. Guest access We rent almost the entire left half of the house (about 150 sqm) to guests. The garden is shared. Other things to note Just a few more important information: Please bring your own bedding (blankets/ sleeping bags,pillows,sheets) and towels. There are no curtains/blinds yet - so pack sleeping glasses if you like it dark. The fridge does not have an icebox. A blender, toaster and kettle are there. Candles are not allowed. And lastly, we traveled a lot ourselves and were able to experience a lot of hospitality in different cultures. In principle, all people are welcome - no matter what skin color, religion, lifestyle or sexual orientation.
