New house, close to the city

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is to be paid on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed! The space No parties are allowed in the accommodation Here is a brief summary of everything about the property: Gatherings & Events Any kind of gatherings, celebrations, parties or other events with several people are strictly prohibited in the property. Violations will be reported to the police immediately and may lead to charges being filed. Cleanliness & damage Any above-average soiling or any form of damage in or around the accommodation will be charged accordingly, depending on the extent. Occupancy of the Property Occupancy beyond the number of people indicated at booking is possible only after prior consultation, written confirmation and for an additional fee. Exceeding the maximum number of people allowed may result in immediate removal from the property. Compliance with the House Rules Any breach of the house rules may result in expulsion from the accommodation without a refund. Other things to note €2.60 tourist tax is payable upon arrival.
