The space At Om Living Pelion, we offer self-catering accommodation designed to provide you with complete freedom during your stay. The Deluxe Apartment Sea View (53.22 m²) is located on the first floor and offers a spacious and carefully designed environment, ideal for families or small groups. The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), while the living area includes a double sofa bed for additional guests and a large monastery-style dining table with chairs. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals during their stay, while the sea-view balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee or a relaxing meal. Capacity: up to 4 adults (baby cot available upon request). Guest access For self check-in, please make sure to provide a valid email address when booking your unit. According to Greek law, all guests must complete the online pre check-in form before arrival. We will send you a secure link by email. Please note that the apartment entrance code will only be activated after the pre check-in form has been completed. The code will be sent to you by email on the day of arrival until 15:00 PM. Please follow your email. The amount for the Climate Resilience Tax must be prepaid online before arrival ( Its deposit). We will send you a payment link by email. The amount tax is charged per room, per night. In case of cancellation the amount is refundable and it is : €0.50 from 01/11 to 31/03 and €2.00 from 01/04 to 31/10 .The receipt will be issued upon departure.
