Near the Little Rock Zoo, War memorial stadium, 10 minutes from Simmons Bank Arena, 20 minutes from Pinnacle Mountain. St. Vincent's Hospital and UAMS hospital are near by. The space This is a one bathroom apartment. The apartment is an open floor plan with an island in the middle. It has two smart TVs. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, Tv, and dresser. In the bathroom, you will have a big bathtub with shower and a walk-in closet. Living room has a sofa, chair, smart TV, and some board games. Kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Iron and small ironing board. There is a queen size air up mattress. Washer and Dryer. Pool is Seasonal Shared swimming pool. We don't allow pool parties. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance and open Tuesday - Sunday from 9:30am - 9:00pm Guest access You will have access to swimming pool, grill, firepit, fitness room, and conference room. Other things to note If you make a booking for the same day check-in before 5:00pm you will receive a text message with a link to get into the apartment building. If you instantly book and it is after 5:00pm or on Sunday, we will have to buzz you into the apartment building until the following morning, in the morning you will receive a text message link from the apartment manager. We will be available to buzz you in whenever needed.
