The space The apartment offers a bright and friendly atmosphere, which is underlined by the high ceilings of the attic apartment. After a partial renovation in December 2024, it shines in a modern style and offers you all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quiet location allows you to sleep restfully, even with the window open. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality 1.60 m wide queen-size bed, which ensures restful nights. Right next door is the bathroom, which lets in plenty of daylight with a skylight and is well equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. The storage space in the bedroom is covered by a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, so you can comfortably accommodate your personal belongings. Practical: You can also conveniently charge your electronic devices directly from the bed. In the living and dining area, you can relax or prepare a meal together. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if necessary and offers extra space for another person. In addition to the two ceramic hobs, the fully equipped kitchenette also includes a mini oven, fridge and all the necessary utensils for your stay, whether short or long. For yoga lovers or anyone who wants to do exercises for their well-being, there is an exercise mat. The modern and thoughtful design of the apartment makes it an ideal retreat for any occasion – whether you want to relax, explore the region or fulfill professional obligations nearby. Here you can feel comfortable in every way! Guest access The apartment is located in the attic of our yellow house and is completely reserved for our guests. Access is via the shared staircase at the back of the building. However, the entire upper floor is separated, exclusively accessible to the guests and of course lockable, so that you can enjoy full privacy. Parking is available in the quiet residential area conveniently on the street. The key to the apartment is usually taken from a key box, the access code of which we will send you in good time before your stay. If we are on site, we will also be happy to welcome you personally to ensure a pleasant start to your stay. Other things to note Our apartment offers you not only a comfortable retreat, but also numerous opportunities to fully enjoy the surroundings. In summer, our private, fenced garden invites you to relax on seats or loungers and enjoy the tranquility. On request, we will gladly provide you with a city e-bike for a fee, with which you can comfortably explore the region – be it for excursions or to reach the nearby SRH clinic quickly and easily without having to worry about parking or fees. The surrounding area also offers a variety of leisure activities. A large outdoor pool in the village is ideal for a refreshing day during the summer months. All year round, the Albtherme Waldbronn in the neighboring village with a large sauna area and salt grotto invites you to relax. Numerous shopping facilities such as supermarkets and other shops are in the immediate vicinity, so you are always well supplied. Karlsbad and the surrounding region offer a beautiful blend of nature and culture. From idyllic hiking and biking trails to charming excursion destinations in neighboring cities – there is something for everyone. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet atmosphere, be active or discover cultural highlights, the apartment is the perfect starting point for all your activities.
