Note: The pond behind the cabin does not belong to the cabin owners. Other things to note ◆ Must be 25 to book ◆ An additional screening form may be required. ◆ The property is enclosed by a barbed wire fence. ◆ The property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras. One camera, located above the garage door, monitors the driveway and parking area. Another camera, positioned near the front door, covers the walkway and front yard. No audio recording. There are no cameras installed inside the property. ◆ The roads are plowed once there is 6 inches of snow accumulation. The roads are generally level, but during a snowstorm, a 4x4 vehicle is required for safe travel. ◆ 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. (With approval from the owner) ◆ Greer is currently under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. No fires are permitted on any public or private property within the Town limits of Greer. Stove fires that include propane devices that can be turned off by switch are permitted. Smoking is prohibited outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed.
