Quiet, bright, fully equipped and comfortable apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, with south-facing terrace and panoramic views. Private parking with charging station, shuttle stop close to the residence, activities and shops as well. The space Apartment ***T2bis of 53m2, new and warm, mixing wood and modern decoration. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a living room, with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, a large shower room,a laundry room, and an 18m2 terrace equipped with a garden furniture,a table with 6 chairs and a south facing electric blind. The living room consists of an open kitchen, fully equipped, on the living room and living room. The living room consists of a 140x190 convertible 3-seater sofa, coffee tables, an armchair, a TV cabinet (containing board games- a welcome booklet- booklet with instructions, brochures about the surroundings), an HD flat-screen TV and a free box with WiFi access. The living room has a table with an extension for 6 people. The apartment includes 3 dressing rooms: 1 in the entrance, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the mountain corner with storage and hanging. The laundry room is composed of storage shelves, washing machine, dryer, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. The accommodation has a room on the same landing to put ski suits and helmets. A private, locked ski locker and a common bike room are also available in Building A. An underground parking space completes everything with an electric charging point (available with an additional charge of €50/week per station). Serenity package (€15 per person): bed, bath and linens are provided upon request and charged at extra cost. The beds will therefore be made upon arrival ( excluding sleeping in the living room but necessary provided) if the pack is taken. Optional services are payable at the time of booking. You will be welcomed by your hostess Jessy. When you arrive at the apartment, you will find some grocery products, sopalin, household products, toilet paper... For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation, the ski suit room, the private parking space, the free condo parking, the shared bike room, and the private ski locker. Other things to note IMPORTANT: During the winter holidays (February-March school holidays), summer holidays (July-August) and end-of-year holidays (Christmas-New Year) the rental is only available for a minimum of 7 nights.
