Other things to note The property has off street parking. If you have to park on the side of the road, please make sure you do not block opposite neighbours' driveway. Baby equipment available: Portacot, high chair, stairs guards etc. STRICTLY NO PETS STRICTLY NO SMOKING NOISE: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down between 8pm and 8am on weekdays and keep noise down between 9pm and 8am on weekends PARTIES/EVENTS This property is available for accommodation only. Strictly no parties, functions, event or gatherings of any kind are to be held at the property. The site will be monitored closely and actively to ensure appropriate and respectful use at all times. if there is any evidence of a party being held or any noise noticeable from the street, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will call the guests and advise them to immediately stop the party and noise. If guests do not adhere to that direction or don’t answer their phone, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will visit the property and advise the guests face to face to immediately stop the party and noise. If that direction is ignored, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will contact the Airbnb office directly to ask Airbnb to direct the guests to leave the property.
