SINGLE HOUSE A corner of paradise in Porto Rotondo Our beautiful and unique property is located a few minutes from the center of Porto Rotondo, its famous beaches and a few minutes from the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Marinella. Immersed in a lush green with typical plants sardines and granite rocks with bizarre shapes you will find a location for your holidays unforgettable. In the center of our well-kept park yes finds a spectacular swimming pool that with its sinuous forms blends into the surrounding nature. Here you can relax with the background music on comfortable deck chairs and find the shade under large umbrellas. The swimming pool has a whirlpool and swimming area against the current and a rock that acts as a springboard. For who wants a more unique and rare experience can be massaged from the water of ours waterfall. At night the pool is tinged with seven colors - an ideal place for a romantic aperitif at sunset or a gathering moment for events and parties. Monorosa in a single room we have arranged the sleeping area, the dining area and a kitchenette. The cozy room is furnished with a double bed two squares and built-in wardrobe which are divided from the rest of the room by a half-height wall. The other furnishings are a round table for two people, TV and air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, washing machine. The ceiling is covered in wood and embellished with beams chestnut. The small bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The veranda that goes to the garden is equipped with a table for two and protected from sun and wind by a windbreak in bamboo and plants.
