Other things to note If you're considering booking this place, here are a few things to keep in mind: No Smoking Indoors: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for me and you, smoking inside the flat is not allowed. However, you are welcome to smoke in the balcony. Smoking indoors will incur a 10,000 INR fine. Power Backup: Partial power backup is available only through an inverter and battery. (AC, Geyser, Washing Machine and other heavy appliances will not work when there's a power cut from the grid. But Fans, lights, etc. will work to keep you comfortable.) Parking: If you're travelling by your own car, please note the parking is only possible outside the society in an open area. I don't have a parking spot inside the society. Parking outside is safe; I also park there many a times. House Rules: Please respect the house rules and the nature of the living spaces to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
