Located centrally in the heart of Southwestern Pennsylvania adventure, your family will be sure to find something that sparks your interest in the surrounding area. With a plethora of local restaurants, shops and family-friendly activities this destination allows your family to relax together, or be close to outdoor activities such as Ohiopyle, the GAP hike/bike trail, Youghiogheny River, Fallingwater, Seven Springs Resort, local Connellsville Coal and Train Town history, and so much more! The space Our Split-entry property has one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and one room with a twin over a full bunk bed with shared access to a full bathroom. The basement has a futon and a double pull out couch located in the den with access to the second full bathroom. Additionally, one pack’n’play is located at the property while a second can be requested. The property has an air hockey table in the downstairs den and toys/games/children’s movies throughout the house. We simply ask that you return any toys to one of the toy designated areas, and all game pieces are returned to their original games so future guests can enjoy them as well. All household items (ie. Towels, dish-ware, fine china, linens, hair dry, etc.) are free for your use. Any cookware, utensils and dish-ware on the property is permitted to be used in the dishwasher as long as it properly fits. There is also one high-chair for your use on the property. Outside features a gas grill, covered table (chair covers are located in the sunroom), portable fire pit, and an open area to play. The entire yard is permitted to be used from the shed to the road on both the back and front side of the yard. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from using their yard for any activities. The sunroom also contains outside toys (ie. Balls, whiffle ball set, mini foot powered rocket launcher, and outside water toys) you are welcome to use. Parking for our property is ONLY permitted on the paved section provided. Parking is NOT permitted on the street or any greenery per township ordinance. Please be aware, there is one camera located on the outside of the property facing the driveway. As a family-friendly, working neighborhood we ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable level at all times. There are noise sensors in use throughout the property that monitor decibel levels. In accordance with township ordinance, any noise complaints are subject to investigation/warning from law enforcement. Additionally, the occupant and property owner are liable for any associated fees for the respective body. Guest access You are welcome to utilize the entire home excluding the locked linen closet in the downstairs utility room as this space stores owner items. Additionally, you are permitted to utilize the garage space to store items, remove trash, or use applicable items, but we ask that you do not access the owner items located in the back section of the garage.
