The space You will have at your disposal 4 comfortable bedrooms (including 3 master suites), 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window. Separate toilets are also available. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare good dishes for your friends or family. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the accommodation. The large terrace and its beautiful private pool will make your vacation a delight. A large garden with old holm oaks will allow you to relax in peace and shade. The secure pool with salt treatment measures: 9 x 4.5 m. The villa has a laundry area with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and storage space for cleaning products. Note: bath towels (one small and one large per person) and sheets are included in the rate. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Other things to note You can park on site because a large space is provided for this purpose. No smoking or vaping inside the house is allowed. The property is not very suitable for small children and we do not have baby equipment. Any problem or accident is the responsibility of the parents. Concerned about the tranquility of our neighbors, the house wants guests who want to enjoy the calm of the place; parties are therefore prohibited. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
